This artwork is based off the chapter named 'Speed the Collapse'. Stella is gazing down as a city is butchered and burnt to the ground. While she's obviously scared and completely overwhelmed with sadness, she's still numb and just watching it happen, knowing that there's not a thing she can do to stop the destruction.
This is my second attempt at a realism/semi-realism portrait and I would really appreciate some feedback on how I can continue to improve. I really struggled with the hair and blood spatters for one.
Time taken: ~11 hours
